Receiving Parents’ Requests

Trông Trẻ Pro collects parents’ consultation requests through multiple channels:

Our advisory team gathers student information and parents’ requirements to recommend the service package that best fits each family’s needs.

Once the family completes the service booking via the app, Trông Trẻ Pro arranges a suitable teacher or nanny for the shift. The family will receive the caregiver’s information card before the trial session begins.

For all packages of more than 5 sessions, Trông Trẻ Pro provides one free trial session. During this session, the caregiver and family get acquainted, discuss the child’s needs in detail, and align expectations for daily care and education.

Early education teachers create personalized learning plans based on information gathered during the trial session.

Throughout the service, Trông Trẻ Pro continues to support families and caregivers by:

  • Three-way communication channel: collecting feedback from parents and caregivers via Hotline or the Academic Manager’s phone
  • Monitoring childcare and early education plans
  • Conducting regular on-site professional checks and session evaluations
  • Providing periodic training
  • Delivering advanced, tailored professional training for each session

Early education plans are adjusted based on regular assessments of the child’s progress throughout the program.
